2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when engaging with Clikin Tech.
• Do not use the website or services for unlawful or harmful activity.
• Do not reproduce, resell or exploit service materials without written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, website content, designs, tools, software and technology provided by Clikin Tech remain the intellectual property of Clikin Tech or the applicable rights holder. Project-specific intellectual-property terms are governed by the relevant agreement.

4. Payments

Payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work or service agreement. Invoices are payable according to those terms.

5. Confidentiality

The parties must protect non-public business information in accordance with any applicable confidentiality agreement or service contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is governed by the relevant service agreement. The website is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice.

7. Termination

Clikin Tech may suspend or terminate website access or services in accordance with applicable agreements, including for non-payment, misuse or material breach.

8. Governing Law

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
